General Terms and Conditions - Australia
All purchases will be sent via Australia Post Express Post unless otherwise advised.

Please note: Postage cost of neck ties only will be calculated on quantity of order and will be adjusted manually on receipt of order. Purchaser will be advised on cost by return email.

General Terms and Conditions - International
All purchases will be sent via Australia Post Airmail unless otherwise advised with delivery time quoted by Australia Post of 10 – 14 working days.
A faster method of delivery ECI (Express Courier International) is available at an extra cost if required with delivery time quoted by Australia Post of 4 – 5 working days; this method has a tracking facility. If ECI is required make a note in the ‘special instructions’ on the order form and we will return email with exact costing.

All products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of our products.
Items that have been activated i.e. put in water will not be refunded unless defective.
