Use and care

Initially soak the product in water (at the desired temperature) for 10-15 minutes until the crystal becomes a gel.

When not using, store in refrigerator, freezer or hang on a coat hanger. Do not store away while crystals are in a gel state.

To store away for long periods allow gel to dry out completely to crystal form and then fold and store.

If not immersed in water for 5 days or more, the product will return to crystal form. To reactivate simply soak for 10 minutes.

When the product is in swollen gel form, do not soak in water for more than 2 minutes. Excessive soaking once the gel is activated will result in over swelling.

Place in re-usable plastic zip top bag vest is purchased in if needing to leave in ice or ice water for long periods.

To dry product, gently squeeze and towel dry.

Do not apply petrol, corrosive material or alcohol on products as this will reduce effectiveness.
