In line with its on going commitment to R&D, Arctic Heat Products have now released a new range of products.
It is our policy not to just release products as a reaction to any competition, our R&D Department researches a need and then develop a product to fill this need with our revolutionary technology.
The new products have been designed from a need in the medical field and industrial cooling area. We have worked closely with specific people in these areas and as a result are now ready to release the following products.
Neck Wrap - $32.95
The Neck Wrap was initially established as a hot/cold pack to assist in the treatment of neck complaints. The wrap has proven very successful in this application but has also quickly found a niche as a cooling aid in hot environments. Industry, sport and medical areas find the wrap an effective extra when used with the cooling vest.
Neck Tie - $10.00
The tie is a novelty item that is easy and convenient to carry around and use in any situation. It can be wrapped around the neck or used as a headband creating a soothing cooling effect in any activity or situation. The tie is a great item for clubs or organizations to use as a personal marketing or merchandise item; they can be customized to any specification.
Wrist Wrap - $24.50
The wrist wrap has been designed to assist in cooling both medical conditions and industrial applications. The lightweight band will assist cooling in medical conditions where heat is a problem such as MS, eczema etc. the wrist piece has also been developed for industrial applications where thick gloves or sleeves must be worn; it was developed in conjunction with Energex and Ergon Energy for their overhead line workers.
Cooling Caps - $59.95
The cooling cap was designed in association with medical authorities to assist people receiving Chemotherapy and to assist the cooling of critically ill people in initial treatment. It has been established that by cooling the scalp before, during and after chemo there is a marked decrease in hair loss and the cap achieves this in a comfortable effective manner.
While the cap is effective in cooling the scalp not all Oncologists recommend scalp cooling, so it should be discussed with the consulting specialist before considering its use.
The cap has also proved most effective in the treatment of Migraine headaches. As the cap can be used cold or hot the patient can use whatever is more effective, and so sooth the symptoms quickly and comfortably. The cap can be used in sport, work or in any situation that cooling or heating of the scalp is needed.
