All purchases will be sent via Australia Post Express Post unless otherwise advised. Next business day delivery for all areas within the Express post delivery network.

All purchases will be sent via Australia Post Standard Post unless otherwise advised. Delivery time quoted by Australia Post of 5 – 10 working days.

Customs

Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you.

Help

If your Arctic Heat order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Arctic Heat. Returns/Exchange for different size

We only accept return products if they are incorrect size or faulty. If incorrect size the item(s) must be in 100% brand new condition with the tags attached, not have been washed, worn or damaged in anyway.

Arctic Heat will accept returns for up to 7 days from the date of purchase, to allow customers to exchange for a different size. This excludes any custom orders. To arrange an exchange please email us to ensure the new size is available. The original cooling vest must be returned in the identical condition that it was received in.

It must not have been used, worn or activated in water. You must also include a prepaid and addressed postal bag and a note advising of the change in sizes required. Once we receive the original order we will send back the new size of cooling vest in the postal bag provided.

Product Warranty

Upon inspection by Arctic Heat, any product that bears a manufacturer defect (within 60 days of purchase) which alters the use of the product or its efficiency may be exchanged for an identical item. Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of our products.
